Mobile Games

Our games may allow you to continue as a guest or sign in with Google. Guest gameplay does not require creating an online account.

Where Google sign-in is available, we use Firebase Authentication to manage account identity and authentication sessions.

Account information may include a unique user identifier, display name, and authentication information provided through Google and Firebase. We do not receive your Google account password.

Depending on the game and enabled features, information processed may include:

• Device information, operating system, and app version.
• Gameplay activity, scores, interactions, and app usage.
• Advertising identifiers and ad interactions.
• Technical diagnostics, performance data, and crash information where enabled.
• Authentication identifiers and basic account information.
• Purchase identifiers, purchase states, and entitlement information.
• Google Play Games profile information where supported features are enabled.

Game progress, preferences, and unlocks may be stored locally on your device. We do not currently operate a separate player-account database or provide universal cloud synchronization across our games.

Some of our games display advertisements through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads and interstitial advertisements.

Some Splendid Forge games may ask players to select an age range before advertising services are initialized. We do not require a date of birth for this purpose.

Where age-based advertising controls are implemented, an age-range selection may be used to request age-appropriate advertisements. Younger players may receive non-personalized advertising with additional content restrictions, while adult players are offered applicable privacy and consent choices.

An age-treatment signal may be transmitted to our advertising provider to apply these restrictions. The provider processes advertising-related information according to its own privacy policy.

If a player does not provide an age range, advertising may be restricted or disabled, depending on the game.

Where required by applicable law, players are provided with appropriate privacy and consent choices.

Where available, privacy options can be accessed through the game's settings. Certain advertising preferences can also be managed through your Google account and device settings.

Some games may offer purchases that remove forced advertisements. The specific benefits and limitations of those purchases are described within each game.

5. Accounts and In-App Purchases

Where account features are available, players may choose guest gameplay or Google sign-in. Some optional features, including in-app purchases, may require authentication.

In-app purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing. Splendid Forge does not directly collect or store payment card details.

Purchase identifiers and entitlement information may be processed to grant access to purchased content and support purchase restoration.

Google Play manages payment processing and applicable purchase records under its own terms and privacy practices.

Account identity and the Google Play account used for payment may differ. Purchase availability and restoration depend on the game's supported account and purchase mechanisms.

Deleting a game account does not automatically cancel, refund, or erase Google Play purchase records.

6. Children's Privacy

Our games are primarily intended for teenagers and adults, although the intended audience may vary by game.

We do not intentionally request personal contact information from children through our games.

Where a game is specifically designed or marketed toward children, we will apply the additional privacy and advertising protections required for that audience.

Account information managed through Firebase Authentication is retained while the account remains active, subject to deletion requests and applicable service requirements.

Information processed by third-party services, including analytics, advertising, and payment providers, may be subject to their own retention policies.

Certain purchase records, support correspondence, and information necessary for legal, financial, or security obligations may be retained where required.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through our services, including using established service providers and secure communication mechanisms.

8. Your Privacy Rights and Account Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable.

Players may request deletion of their game accounts and associated personal data through our Account Deletion page.

Where supported within a game, account deletion may also be initiated directly through the game's account settings.

Our account-deletion policy is to remove the relevant Firebase Authentication account and applicable account information under our control after the request has been verified and processed.

Where the game provides local data deletion, this may also remove saved scores, progress, unlocked content, preferences, and cached account information from that device.

Information held by third-party providers may require separate handling or may be retained under applicable legal obligations and provider policies.
