Account Deletion.

1. Supported Games

Account deletion requests are currently supported for Orbit - One Tap. Don't Die.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to contact@splendidforge.com with the subject "Orbit Account Deletion".

Please identify the game and the Google account associated with your Orbit profile.

We may request additional verification to confirm account ownership before processing your request. Never send passwords, authentication codes, or payment information.

3. What Gets Deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, the following account-related data will be deleted where applicable:

• Your Orbit Firebase Authentication account.
• Your associated authentication profile.
• Account-linked information under our control that can be identified and deleted.

When using the in-app deletion feature, Orbit will also erase locally stored scores, progression, unlocked content, preferences, and cached account information from that installation.

A request submitted by email cannot automatically erase data stored only on your device. You may need to clear the app's data or uninstall it.

4. Data That May Be Retained

Google Play purchase records are managed by Google and are not automatically deleted or refunded when an Orbit account is deleted.

Some transaction records, support correspondence, and information processed by third-party services may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational obligations, subject to applicable retention policies.

We will explain any applicable retention periods when responding to your request.

5. After Deletion

Account deletion is intended to be permanent. Locally erased game progress and account data cannot be recovered through Splendid Forge.

Deleting an Orbit account does not delete your Google account or automatically refund purchases. Access to previously purchased content may require additional assistance after account deletion.
